Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Special or Pre-Order Items

Orders involving special-request items, pre-orders, or limited stock items may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or processing has begun.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Exceptions

We may reject a cancellation request if:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit
  • The item is a special-request or pre-order product
  • The request is submitted after the 24-hour cancellation window
  • The order has already been processed or prepared
