Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition, without signs of wear, damage, or tampering
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- Return requests must be emailed to tpyen-home@outlook.com within the 30-day period
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at tpyen-home@outlook.com and include:
- Your order number
- Your reason for cancellation
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead submit a return once the item is received.
Exceptions
Please take note of the following:
- Return shipping costs are not covered by TPYEN Home Essentials Sdn. Bhd.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Damaged items not caused during delivery
- Products not in original condition or packaging
